The Process

The goal of home staging is to help you maximise the potential of your home, using tried and tested techniques.

We will look at all areas of each room - paint colours, flooring, furniture, layout, window treatments, lighting, accessories, and storage - to decide what is working and how to change what is not.
   
We make sure every area of your home has a clearly defined purpose and a focal point - something to draw your eye into the room. We first consider how you use each space, then more importantly how a potential buyer would.

Our Home Staging Process consists of two steps:
  1. Two hour* verbal consultation in your home
  2. Follow-up report listing all the changes we have suggested, which will be sent by email within 72 hours
